Behandeling van chronisch hartfalen Ivabradine is geïndiceerd bij chronisch hartfalen NYHA-klasse II tot IV met systolische disfunctie, bij patiënten in sinusritme en bij wie de hartfrequentie ≥ 75 spm is, in combinatie met standaardbehandeling, inclusief behandeling met bètablokkers, of wanneer behandeling met bètablokkers is gecontra-indiceerd of niet wordt getolereerd (zie rubriek 5.1).
L’ivabradine est indiquée dans le traitement de l’insuffisance cardiaque chronique de classe NYHA II à IV avec dysfonction systolique, chez les patients en rythme sinusal et dont la fréquence cardiaque est supérieure ou égale à 75 bpm, en association au traitement standard comprenant les bêta-bloquants, ou en cas de contre-indication ou d’intolérance aux bêta-bloquants (voir rubrique 5.1)
