Bereiding voor IV-toediening: Voorafgaand aan infusie dient Paclitaxel Fresenius Kabi te worden verdund met behulp van aseptische technieken in 5% glucoseoplossing, 0,9% natriumchlorideoplossing, 5% glucoseoplossing in ringeroplossing en 5% glucoseoplossing/0,9% natriumchlorideoplossing, tot een eindconcentratie van 0,3 tot 1,2 mg/ml.
Préparation pour l’administration intraveineuse : Avant la perfusion, Paclitaxel Fresenius Kabi 6 mg/ml doit être dilué en conditions aseptiques dans une des solutions suivantes : glucose à 5 %, chlorure de sodium à 0,9 %, glucose à 5 % dans une solution de Ringer, mélange de glucose à 5 % et de chlorure de sodium à 0,9 %, pour obtenir une concentration finale de 0,3 à 1,2 mg/ml.
