Voor de selectie van de indicatoren ‘patiëntveiligheid’ hebben vele ziekenhuizen niet het feedbackrapport m.b.t. patiëntveiligheidsindicatoren gebruikt, maar wel het rapport MFZ. In dit laatste rapport werd de dimensie ‘patiëntgerichtheid’ gebruikt (met indicatoren over patiëntentevredenheid en informatie aan de patiënt).
En outre, de nombreux hôpitaux n’ont pas consulté le rapport PSI pour sélectionner leurs indicateurs ‘sécurité des patients’, mais plutôt le rapport FMH, en les choisissant dans la dimension ‘orientation patient’ (comprenant les indicateurs satisfaction du patient, information du patient ou médiation).
