Daar werd aangetoond dat ibuprofen in vitro bilirubine verdrong van zijn bindingsplek aan albumine, kan het risico van bilirubine-encefalopathie bij te vroeg geboren baby’s worden verhoogd (zie rubriek 5.2).
Un déplacement de la bilirubine liée à l’albumine ayant été observé in vitro en présence d’ibuprofène, l’administration de ce médicament est susceptible d’accroître le risque d’encéphalopathie bilirubinémique chez les nouveau-nés prématurés (voir rubrique 5.2).
