This target group includes patients hospitalised for more than 24 hours within the last 6 months, and especially those with open wounds, recent surgery, presence of long term catheter or drainage, intubated patients, and those transferred from hyper endemic institutions.
Ce groupe cible inclut les patients hospitalisés plus de 24 h dans les 6 derniers mois et, en particulier, ceux présentant des plaies ouvertes, ayant subi récemment une opération chirurgicale, portant un cathéter ou un drain à long terme, les patients intubés, et ceux transférés en provenance d’établissements hyperendémiques.
