Chez des patients non à jeun ayant reçu 500 mg de clarithromycine à libération prolongée par jour, les concentrations plasmatiques maximales à l’état d’équilibre de la clarithromycine et de la 14-hydroxy-clarithromycine étaient de respectivement 1,3 et 0,48 μg/ml.
