Evenwel, in toepassing van de meldingsverplichtingen die ook op laboratoria rusten, zal de melding reeds zijn gedaan door hetzij MCC hetzij CdL hetgeen dan ook volstaat.
Cependant, en application des obligations de notification qui sont également applicables aux laboratoires, la notification aura déjà été faite soit par le MCC soit par le CdL, ce qui est dès lors suffisant.
