Wage and Hour litigation A group of pharmaceutical sales representatives filed suit in a State Court in California and in a Federal Court in New York against US Novartis subsidiaries alleging that the companies violated wage and hour laws by misclassifying the sales representatives as “exempt” employees, and by failing to pay overtime compensation.
