Cash inflows from financing activities were a net USD 2.5 billion in the 2009 first half, composed of a combined USD 7.1 billion of proceeds from the bond issues that were partially offset by the dividend payment for 2008 of USD 3.9 billion and other items totaling USD 0.7 billion.
