Het Wetenschappelijk Comité meent dat het wenselijk ware in dit ontwerp koninklijk besluit toe te voegen dat de Minister de voorwaarden vastlegt van de wervingsproef voor nieuwe officiële dierenartsen en dat het FAVV de organisatie van deze proef achterwege kan laten wanneer de kandidaat aantoont dat hij alle vereiste kennis heeft verworven door het behalen van een specifiek diploma.
Le Comité scientifique estime qu’il serait souhaitable d’ajouter dans le présent projet d’arrêté royal que le Ministre spécifie les conditions du test pour le recrutement de nouveaux vétérinaires officiels et que l’AFSCA peut renoncer à l’organisation de ce test lorsque le candidat démontre qu’il a acquis toutes les connaissances requises via l’obtention d’un diplôme spécifique.
