Patiënten dienen eerst te herstellen van acute toxiciteiten van eerdere cytotoxische behandelingen (zoals stomatitis, neutropenie, trombocytopenie en algemene infecties) alvorens de behandeling met doxorubicine wordt ingesteld.
Les patients doivent être rétablis s’ils ont souffert des toxicités aiguës d’un traitement cytotoxique antérieur (telles que : stomatite, neutropénie, thrombocytopénie et infections généralisées) avant de commencer le traitement pas la doxorubicine.
