TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Met het oog op de significante reductie van de AUC van MPA door colestyramine dient voorzichtigheid in acht te worden genomen bij gelijktijdig toedienen van mycofenolaat mofetil en geneesmiddelen die invloed hebben op de enterohepatische kringloop, vanwege een mogelijk verminderde werkzaamheid van mycofenolaat mofetil.
Compte tenu de la réduction non négligeable de l'AUC (aire sous la courbe) du MPA par la cholestyramine, des précautions devront être prises pour l'administration concomitante de mycophénolate mofétil avec des produits médicinaux qui interfèrent avec la recirculation entérohépatique en raison du potentiel de réduction de l'efficacité du mycophénolate mofétil.
