Immunosuppressiva - Bijwerkingen/Verhoogde gevoeligheid voor infecties – Toediening van levende of afgezwakte levende vaccins kan bij patiënten van wie het immuunsysteem is aangetast door chemotherapeutische middelen als epirubicine resulteren in ernstige of dodelijke infecties (zie rubriek 4.5).
Immunosuppresseur - Effets/Augmentation du risque d'infection – L'administration de vaccins vivants ou vivants atténués à des patients immunodéprimés par des agents chimiothérapeutiques, y compris l'épirubicine, peut entraîner des infections sévères, voire fatales (voir section 4.5).
