IN VERBAND MET CHLOORTALIDON Anurie; ernstige nierinsufficiëntie (creatinineklaring lager dan 30 ml/min); ernstige leverinsufficiëntie; resistente hypokaliëmie of aandoeningen die gepaard gaan met een toename van kaliumverlies; hyponatriëmie; hypercalciëmie; symptomatische hyperurikemie (antecedenten van jicht of urinezuurgruis); zwangerschap.
CONTRE-INDICATIONS LIEES A LA PRESENCE DE CHLORTALIDONE Anurie ; insuffisance rénale sévère (clairance de la créatinine inférieure à 30 ml/min) ; insuffisance hépatique grave ; hypokaliémie résistante, ou états induisant une augmentation de la perte de potassium ; hyponatriémie ; hypercalcémie; hyperuricémie symptomatique (antécédents de goutte ou de calculs d’acide urique) ; grossesse.
