Deze verplichtingen zullen echter geleidelijk worden herwerkt in functie van de GHS-verordening (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals), die voor stoffen op 1 december 2010 en voor mengsels in 2015 in werking zal treden.
Ces contraintes seront toutefois revues progressivement en fonction du Règlement GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals), qui entrera en vigueur le 1er décembre 2010 pour les substances et en 2015 pour les mélanges.

We merken op dat vanaf december 2010 geleidelijk het nieuwe classificatiesysteem GHS (voor 'Globally harmonised system of classification and labelling of chemicals') in werking zal treden.
Notons qu’un nouveau système de classification, intitulé GHS (pour « Globally harmonised system of classification and labelling of chemicals), entrera progressivement en vigueur à partir de décembre 2010.

Tevens vindt ons land het jammer dat er in dit plan van de Commissie geen enkele verwijzing naar de Europese ontwerp-verordening REACH (Registration – Evaluation- Autorisation of CHemicals) is opgenomen, terwijl die regeling er toch een essentieel onderdeel van vormt.
Dans le même ordre d’idée, notre pays déplore que dans ce plan de la Commission il n’y ait aucune référence au projet de règlement REACH (Registration – Evaluation- Autorisation of CHemicals), qui en constitue pourtant un élément essentiel.
