Zoals voor alle andere kankerbestrijdende geneesmiddelen, moet Celltop met omzichtigheid worden gebruikt bij bejaarde of verzwakte patiënten, bij patiënten die behandeld werden met radiotherapie of bij patiënten van wie het immuunsysteem verzwakt is (met name, in geval van diabetes of lever- of nierinsufficiëntie).
Comme pour les autres médicaments anticancéreux, Celltop doit être utilisé avec prudence chez les patients âgés ou affaiblis, chez les patients ayant reçu une radiothérapie ou dont le système immunitaire est affaibli (en cas, notamment, de diabète ou d'insuffisance hépatique ou rénale).
