De documenten die betrekking hebben op traceerbaarheid (registers, begeleidende handelsdocumenten 2 ) moeten gedurende 6 maand (na datum minimale houdbaarheid of uiterste consumptiedatum) worden bewaard (uitzondering: rundvlees 2 jaar).
Les documents se rapportant à la traçabilité (registres, documents d’accompagnement commerciaux 2 ) doivent être conservés pendant 6 mois (après la date de durabilité minimale ou la date limite de consommation) (exception: viandes bovines : 2 ans).
