Bij patiënten met botmetastasen en een lichte tot matige nierinsufficiëntie voor de start van de behandeling (wordt in deze populatie gedefinieerd als een CLcr van 30-60 ml/min) worden lagere doses van Zoledronic acid Sandoz aanbevolen (zie ook rubriek 4.4):
Chez les patients souffrant de métastases osseuses, présentant une insuffisance rénale légère à modérée avant l’instauration du traitement, atteinte rénale qui est définie par une CLcr de 30–60 ml/min pour cette population, il est recommandé d’administrer des doses réduites de Zoledronic acid Sandoz (voir aussi rubrique 4.4).
