Bij patiënten die orale cumarinederivaat-anticoagulantia ontvangen, moet de anticoagulansrespons (International Normalized Ratio voor protrombinetijd [ INR] of protrombinetijd [PT]) nauwlettend worden gemonitord en moet de dosis van het anticoagulans op basis hiervan worden aangepast (zie rubriek 4.5).
