4.3.3 4BHCV Anti-HCV As duiden op een infectie met HCV terwijl exclusie van een viremie enkel met behulp van HCV-PCR kan aangetoond worden. HCV-viremie treedt 20 dagen na infectie op terwijl het gemiddeld 80 dagen duurt totdat anti-HCV As gevonden kunnen worden.
4.3.3. HCV Les Ac anti-HCV indiquent une infection par le HCV, alors que l’exclusion d’une virémie ne peut être démontrée que par une PCR du HCV. La virémie du HCV survient 20 jours après l’infection, tandis que les Ac anti-HCV ne sont détectables qu’après 80 jours en moyenne.

Wachs et al. ont constaté que 1 receveur de rein sur 42, 3 receveurs de foie sur 6 et 0 receveur de cœur sur 7 étaient positifs pour les HBsAg après une transplantation provenant de donneurs positifs pour les Ac anti-HBc, négatifs pour les Ac anti- HBs et négatifs pour les HBsAg (Wachs et al., 1995).
