De meest vaak voorkomende bijwerkingen zijn van gastro-intestinale aard. Peptische ulcera, perforatie of GI bloeding, soms met fatale afloop, vooral bij ouderen, zijn mogelijk (zie rubriek 4.4).
Les événements indésirables les plus fréquemment observés sont de nature gastrointestinale, par exemple, ulcères gastro-duodénaux, perforation ou hémorragie GI, parfois fatales, en particulier chez les personnes âgées (voir rubrique 4.4).
