Aan elke patiënt die voor de derde keer een ernstige niet-hematologische toxiciteit (US NCI CTC Graad 3 toxiciteit), een ernstige toxiciteit die niet binnen 14 dagen verdwijnt (met uitzondering van misselijkheid/overgeven) of een levensbedreigende of invaliderende niet-infectieuze, niet-hematologische toxiciteit (US NCI CTC Graad 4 toxiciteit) doormaakt, moet verdere behandeling met clofarabine worden ontzegd (zie rubriek 4.2).
Tout patient souffrant d’une toxicité non hématologique sévère (Toxicité de Grade 3 – Critères CTC- NCI) une troisième fois, d’une toxicité sévère ne disparaissant pas en 14 jours (à l’exception des nausées/des vomissements) ou d’une toxicité non hématologique et non infectieuse menaçant le pronostic vital ou invalidante (Toxicité de Grade 4 - Critères CTC-NCI) devra interrompre le traitement par clofarabine (voir rubrique 4.2).
