IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Ingevolge artikel 255, lid 3, van het EG-Verdrag neemt elke instelling in haar eigen reglement van orde specifieke bepalingen betreffende de toegang tot haar documenten op., Besluit 93/731/EG van de Raad van 20 december 1993 betreffende toegang van het publiek tot documenten van de Raad [24] , Besluit 94/90/EGKS, EG, Euratom van de Commissie van 8 februari 1994 inzake de toegang tot documenten van de Commissie[25], Besluit 97/632/EG, EGKS, Euratom van het Europees Parlement van 10 juli 1997 inzake de toegang van het publiek tot de documenten van het Europees Parlement[26](5) en de regels inzake de vertrouwelijkheid van documenten in verband met Schengen dienen daarom zo nodig te worden gewijzigd of ingetrokken,
