TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Sommige bepalingen van Verordening (EG) nr. 73/2009, meer bepaald wat betreft de elementen waarop de in bijlage VIII bij die verordening vastgestelde cijfers betrekking hebben en wat betreft de koppeling met de aan de lidstaten geboden mogelijkheid om de middelen die niet in het kader van de bedrijfstoeslagregeling zijn uitgegeven, te gebruiken om de specifieke steun te financieren, moeten worden verduidelijkt op basis van de ervaring die is opgedaan met de financiële uitvoering van die verordening.
Certain provisions of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, in particular as regards the elements covered by the figures set out in Annex VIII to that Regulation and the link with the possibility given to Member States to use the funds unspent in the single payment scheme to finance the specific support, should be clarified on the basis of experience gained in the financial implementation of that Regulation.

3. Indien een lidstaat besluit de specifieke steun waarin wordt voorzien bij dit hoofdstuk toe te passen en tevens krachtens artikel 69 van Verordening (EG) nr. 1782/2003 maatregelen toepaste die niet verenigbaar zijn met dit hoofdstuk, kan die lidstaat uiterlijk op 1 augustus 2009 besluiten om krachtens artikel 68 van de onderhavige verordening in 2010, 2011 en 2012 de maatregelen met de bijbehorende uitvoeringsvoorschriften toe te passen die krachtens artikel 69 van Verordening (EG) nr. 1782/2003 zijn meegedeeld.
3. Where a Member State having applied under Article 69 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 measures not compatible with this Chapter decides to apply the specific support provided for in this Chapter, it may decide, by 1 August 2009, to apply under Article 68 of this Regulation the measures communicated to the Commission under Article 69 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 and its implementing rules during 2010, 2011 and 2012.

The specific support provided to Italy and to Greece through the relocation scheme should be complemented by additional measures, from the arrival of third-country nationals on the territory of Italy or of Greece until the completion of all applicable procedures, coordinated by EASO and other relevant Agencies, such as Frontex coordinating the return of third-country nationals not having the right to remain on the territory, in accordance with Directive 2008/115/EC.

4. De lidstaten zien erop toe dat de specifieke nadelen voor landbouwers in gebieden met herstructurerings- en ontwikkelingsprogramma’s waarvoor de specifieke steun wordt verleend, niet worden gecompenseerd uit hoofde van andere bepalingen van deze programma’s voor hetzelfde doel.
