Definition: Repeated, voluntary or involuntary passage of faeces, usually of normal or near-normal consistency, in places not appropriate for that purpose in the individual's own sociocultural setting. Definition: A wide variety of medicaments and folk remedies may be involved, but the particularly important groups are: (a) psychotropic drugs that do not produce dependence, such as antidepressants, (b) laxatives, and (c) analgesics that may be purchased without medical prescription, such as aspirin and paracetamol. Persistent use of these substances often involves unnecessary contacts with medical professionals or supporting staff, and is sometimes accompanied by harmful physical effects of the substances. TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In aanvulling op de bepalingen van die verordening, stelt deze verordening de categorie van prioritaire plaagorganismen vast, en het is van wezenlijk belang dat bepaalde maatregelen van de lidstaten, met name op het gebied van prioritaire plaagorganismen in aanmerking kunnen komen voor subsidies van de Unie, onder meer compensatie van professionele marktdeelnemers voor de waarde van planten, plantaardige producten en andere materialen die worden vernietigd in het kader van de in de onderhavige verordening vastgestelde uitroeiingsmaatregelen.
In addition to the provisions of that Regulation, this Regulation establishes the category of priority pests and it is essential that certain measures taken by the Member States as regards, in particular, priority pests are to be eligible for Union grants, including compensation paid to professional operators for the value of plants, plant products and other objects subject to destruction pursuant to the eradication measures set out in this Regulation.
