IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Hoofdstuk II van sectie IV van bijlage III bij Verordening (EG) nr. 853/2004 bepaalt dat, in geval van grof vrij wild, de kop en de ingewanden het dode dier niet hoeven te vergezellen naar de wildbewerkingsinrichting, tenzij bij voor Trichinella spiralis vatbare soorten, waarvan de kop (behalve de slagtanden) en het middenrif het dode dier moeten vergezellen.
