[15] Het Telecompakket bestaat uit 6 maatregelen tot herziening van het bestaande regelgevingskader voor de telecommunicatiemarkten waarmee op 1 januari 1998 de liberalisering werd ingeluid en dat nu moet worden aangepast in het licht van enkele jaren daadwerkelijke concurrentie.
