TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

14. Welcomes the European Council's decision to put the strengthening of Europe's defence on the agenda for its December summit; calls on the European Council to provide the necessary fresh and ambitious impetus and to lay down guidelines, overarching political priorities and timelines for supporting a truly European defence technological and industrial base, which will be backed by appropriate integrity- and trust-building measures and which will be capability-driven and will promote synergies, provide for the efficient use of the limited resources, avoid duplication and be integrated and competitive on the global market;

The Convention of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents, which was approved on behalf of the Union by Council Decision 98/685/EC of 23 March 1998 concerning the conclusion of the Convention on the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents , provides for measures regarding the prevention of, preparedness for, and response to industrial accidents capable of causing transboundary effects as well as for international cooperation in this field.

De eisen vastgesteld in Richtlijn 78/170/EEG van de Raad van 13 februari 1978 betreffende het rendement van verwarmingstoestellen die gebruikt worden voor de verwarming van ruimten en voor de productie van warm water in nieuwe of bestaande niet-industriële gebouwen, alsmede betreffende de isolatie van netten voor de distributie van warmte en van warm water voor huishoudelijke doeleinden in nieuwe niet-industriële gebouwen[32] zijn vervangen door bepalingen van Richtlijn 92/42/EEG, Richtlijn 90/396/EEG van de Raad van 29 juni 1990 betreffende de onderlinge aanpassing van de wetgevingen van de lidstaten inzake gastoestellen[33] en Richtlijn 2002/91/EG van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 16 december 2002 betreffende de energieprestatie van gebouwen[34].
The requirements laid down in Council Directive 78/170/EEC of 13 February 1978 on the performance of heat generators for space heating and the production of hot water in new or existing non-industrial buildings and on the insulation of heat and domestic hot-water distribution in new non-industrial buildings[32] have been superseded by provisions of Directive 92/42/EEC, Council Directive 90/396/EEC of 29 June 1990 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to appliances burning gaseous fuels[33] and Directive 2002/91/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2002 on the energy performance of buildings[34].
