De Europese strategie inzake Europese e-justitie is gericht op projecten met een Europese dimensie op civiel-, straf- en bestuursrechtelijk gebied.
The strategy on European e-Justice is intended to cover projects with a European dimension in the areas of civil, criminal and administrative law.

The project must represent an important contribution to the Union’s objectives, for instance by being of major importance for the Europe 2020 strategy, the European Research Area, the European strategy for KETs (10), the Energy Strategy for Europe (11), the 2030 framework for climate and energy policies (12), the European Energy Security Strategy (13), the Electronics Strategy for Europe, the Trans-European Transport and Energy networks, the Union’s flagship initiatives such as the Innovation Union (14), Digital Agenda for Europe (15), the Resource Efficient Europe (16), or the Integrated Industrial Policy for the Globalisation Era (17).

Bij de uitvoering van de Europese strategie moet een aandachtspunt zijn dat de gebruikers van Europese e-justitie dient te worden geattendeerd op de beschikbare functionaliteiten.

Regrets that the Commission Communication on the European Disability Strategy does not include an integrated gender perspective or a separate chapter on gender-specific disability policies, despite the fact that women with disabilities are often in a more disadvantaged position than men with disabilities and are more often victims of poverty and social exclusion; calls on the Commission and the Member States to take gender aspects into account throughout the European Disability Strategy 2010-2020 and calls on the Member States to develop a National Strategy for Women with Disabilities, addressing the range of themes covered by the UN CRPD on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ratified recently by the EU;

Considers that a European Strategy for the Danube Region represents an appropriate instrument for enhancing territorial development through intensified cooperation in clearly defined policy fields in which genuine European added value has been identified by all governmental partners, and calls for that strategy to be developed as part of the European Territorial Cooperation objective;

1. Considers a European Strategy for the Danube Region to be an appropriate means of enhancing territorial development through closer cooperation in clearly defined policy fields in which genuine European added value has been identified by all governmental partners, and calls for that strategy to be developed as part of the European Territorial Cooperation objective; stresses that any macro-regional strategy needs to be incorporated into EU regional policy, which is a single policy applying throughout the EU; highlights the need to analyse the added value of this strategy for the attainment of the objective of territorial cohesion within the Union;

Welcomes the Commission's initiative to set up a stronger partnership to deliver market access for European exporters, and in particular to achieve concrete results for European businesses by improving market access in emerging markets where European businesses encounter new and complex barriers to trade and investment; and welcomes the Commission's initiative to coordinate the objectives and tools of the European Union's trade policy and market access strategy in a way that effectively harnesses the European Union's potential in the fields of international trade and global competitiveness;
