Uit bovenstaande analyse volgt dat de strikte eerbiediging door EPSO van het specifieke aan de kandidaten toegekende recht, zowel wat de inhoud van dit recht als wat de termijn van antwoord betreft, de uitdrukking vormt van de verplichtingen voortvloeiende uit het beginsel van behoorlijk bestuur, het recht op toegang van het publiek tot documenten en het recht op een doeltreffende voorziening in rechte, overeenkomstig de artikelen 41, 42 en 47 van het Handvest voor de grondrechten van de Europese Unie.
It is clear from the above analysis that strict observance by EPSO of the specific right afforded to candidates, both as regards the substance of that right and in respect of the time-limit for responding, is the embodiment of the duties which stem from the principle of good administration, the public right of access to documents and the right to an effective remedy, in accordance with Articles 41, 42 and 47 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
