3. De onderhavige verordening dient in het bijzonder gelezen te worden in samenhang met Besluit ECB/2004/2 (3) en het reglement van orde van de Raad van toezicht van de Europese Centrale Bank (4), in het bijzonder met betrekking tot besluitvorming binnen het GTM, inclusief de procedure die van toepassing is tussen de Raad van toezicht en de Raad van bestuur inzake het geen-bezwaar van de Raad van bestuur zoals vermeld in artikel 26, lid 8, van de GTM-verordening en andere relevante rechtshandelingen van de ECB, waaronder Besluit ECB/2014/16 (5).
3. This Regulation shall be read in particular in conjunction with Decision ECB/2004/2 (3) and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board of the European Central Bank (4), in particular with regard to decision-making within the SSM, including the procedure applying between the Supervisory Board and the Governing Council as regards the non-objection by the Governing Council referred to in Article 26(8) of the SSM Regulation and other relevant ECB legal acts, including Decision ECB/2014/16 (5).

(6 sexies) De raad van toezicht van de Europese Centrale Bank (ECB), met inbegrip van de functies van voorzitter en vicevoorzitter, dient vanuit genderoogpunt evenwichtig bezet te zijn.
(6e) The supervisory board of the European Central Bank (ECB), including the roles of Chair and Vice Chair, should be balanced from a gender perspective.

Bij besprekingen die geen betrekking hebben op individuele financiële instellingen, zoals bedoeld in artikel 44, lid 4, kan de door de raad van toezicht van de Europese Centrale Bank aangestelde vertegenwoordiger vergezeld worden van een tweede vertegenwoordiger van de Europese Centrale Bank met deskundigheid op het gebied van taken van centrale banken".
