Voor airconditioningsystemen die 3 kg of meer F-gas bevatten, verstrekt de aanvrager documenten over de hoeveelheid en het type F-gas dat is geïnstalleerd, de toegevoegde hoeveelheden en de tijdens het onderhoud en de uiteindelijke afvoer teruggewonnen hoeveelheden, evenals de identificatie van het bedrijf of de monteur die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud, alsmede de data en resultaten van controles op lekkage en relevante informatie waarin de aparte stationaire apparatuur met meer dan 30 kg F-gas wordt vermeld.
For air conditioning systems containing 3 kg or more of F gases the applicant shall provide records on the quantity and type of F gases installed, any quantities added and the quantity recovered during maintenance, servicing and final disposal as well as the identification of the company or technician who performed the servicing or maintenance, as well as the dates and results of the leakage checks and relevant information specifically identifying the separate stationary equipment with more than 30 kg of F gases.
