TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

De Groep juridische informatica zal zich in het licht van de Commissiemededeling van 30 mei 2008 beraden op de aspecten die verband houden met de oprichting van een coördinatie- en beheersstructuur die in staat is om binnen een redelijk tijdschema meerdere grootschalige projecten op het gebied van e-justitie te ontwikkelen, en zij zal van start gaan met de bespreking van de opstelling van een meerjarenwerkprogramma.
The working party on legal data processing will, in the light of the Commission's Communication of 30 May 2008, work on aspects relating to the creation of a coordination and management structure capable of developing multiple projects on a large scale and within a reasonable timeframe in the field of e-justice, and will launch discussions on the establishment of a multi-annual work programme.

De Groep juridische informatica (e-justitie) zal in juni 2008 aan de Raad een verslag voorleggen over de voortgang die op het gebied van e-justitie is geboekt.
The Working Party on Legal Data Processing (e-justice) will submit a report to the Council in June 2008 on progress made in the area of e-justice.

De Raad neemt nota van het verslag van de Groep juridische informatica (e-justitie) over wat er in EU-verband op het gebied van e-justitie vereist is en welke mogelijkheden daartoe voorhanden zijn, alsook over de resultaten van de conferentie die op 29, 30 en 31 mei 2007 in Bremen over e-justitie is gehouden.
The Council takes note of the report of the Working Party on Legal Data Processing (E-Justice) on the results of the examination of the requirements for and the possibility of developing work in the area of E-Justice at the level of the EU and of the results of the Conference on E-Justice that took place in Bremen from the 29-31 May 2007.
