Het programma dient tevens rekening te houden met Beschikking nr. 676/2002/EG en de technische deskundigheid van de Europese Conferentie van PTT-administraties (CEPT) zodat beleid van de Unie dat steunt op spectrum en dat door het Europees Parlement en de Raad is goedgekeurd, kan worden uitgevoerd krachtens technische uitvoeringsmaatregelen, waarbij wordt aangetekend dat dergelijke maatregelen kunnen worden genomen wanneer dit voor de uitvoering van het bestaande uniale beleid noodzakelijk is.
The Programme should also take into account Decision No 676/2002/EC and the technical expertise of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (hereinafter ‘CEPT’) so that Union policies which rely on spectrum and have been agreed by the European Parliament and the Council can be implemented by technical implementing measures, noting that such measures can be taken whenever necessary to implement already existing Union policies.
