TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Emissierechten in deze communautaire reserve die in de periode van 2013 tot en met 2020 niet worden toegewezen aan nieuwkomers noch gebruikt overeenkomstig lid 8, 9 of 10 van dit artikel worden door de lidstaten geveild, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met de mate waarin installaties in lidstaten gebruik hebben kunnen maken van deze reserve, overeenkomstig artikel 10, lid 2, en, voor wat betreft de voorwaarden en tijdstippen, overeenkomstig artikel 10, lid 4, en de desbetreffende gedetailleerde uitvoeringsvoorschriften.
Allowances in this Community-wide reserve that are neither allocated to new entrants nor used pursuant to paragraph 8, 9 or 10 of this Article over the period from 2013 to 2020 shall be auctioned by the Member States, taking into account the level to which installations in Member States have benefited from this reserve, in accordance with Article 10(2) and, for detailed arrangements and timing, Article 10(4), and the relevant implementing provisions.
