Voor chemische stoffen die in deel 3 van bijlage I zijn opgenomen geldt dat de uitvoer die gegrond is op het voldoen aan de voorwaarde in punt b) geen doorgang vindt als de chemische stof overeenkomstig Verordening (EG) nr. 1272/2008 is ingedeeld als kankerverwekkende stof, categorie 1A of 1B, of als mutagene stof, categorie 1A of 1B, dan wel als stof die toxisch zijn voor de voortplanting, categorie 1A of 1B, of als de chemische stof voldoet aan de criteria van bijlage XIII van Verordening (EG) nr. 1907/2006 ter identificatie van persistente, bioaccumulerende en toxische of zeer persistente en sterk bioaccumulerende stoffen.
In the case of chemicals listed in Part 3 of Annex I, an export based on the fulfilment of the condition under point (b) may not proceed if the chemical has been classified in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as carcinogenic category 1A or 1B, or mutagenic category 1A or 1B, or toxic for reproduction category 1A or 1B or the chemical fulfils the criteria of Annex XIII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 for being persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic or very persistent and very bioaccumulative.
