Bij de vaststelling van de subsidiabiliteitscriteria voor de in artikel 68, lid 1, onder b), van Verordening (EG) nr. 73/2009 bedoelde specifieke steun om de specifieke nadelen te verhelpen waarmee landbouwers in specifieke sectoren, die actief zijn in economisch of ecologisch kwetsbare gebieden, worden geconfronteerd, of, in diezelfde sectoren, voor economisch kwetsbare soorten landbouw, stellen de lidstaten de economisch en/of ecologisch kwetsbare soorten landbouw vast die in aanmerking komen voor steun, met name rekening houdend met de betrokken productiestructuren en -voorwaarden.

When establishing eligibility conditions for specific support to address specific disadvantages affecting farmers in the dairy, beef and veal, sheepmeat and goatmeat and rice sectors in economically vulnerable or environmentally sensitive areas, or, in the same sectors, for economically vulnerable types of farming under Article 68(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, Member States shall define the economically vulnerable and/or environmentally sensitive areas and/or the economically vulnerable types of farming eligible for the support, taking into account in particular, the relevant production structures and conditions.

Krachtens artikel 68, lid 1, onder a), ii), van Verordening (EG) nr. 73/2009 kan specifieke steun worden verleend voor de verbetering van de kwaliteit van landbouwproducten.
