Clapper et al., XXX van 27 juni 2013, Clapper et al., Civil Action No 13-3994 van 11 juni 2013,
– unter Hinweis auf das Urteil des „United States District Court for the District of Columbia“ in der Rechtssache Klayman et al. v Obama et al., Civil Action Nr. 13-0851 vom 16. Dezember 2013 und das Urteil des „United States District Court for the Southern District of New York“ in der Rechtssache ACLU et al. v James R., Clapper u.a., Civil Action Nr. 13-3994 vom 11. Juni 2013,

– gezien de werkdocumenten van de diensten van de Commissie getiteld „Frequently asked questions in relation with Commission Decision of 28 November 2005 on the application of Article 86(2) of the EC Treaty to State aid in the form of public service compensation granted to undertakings entrusted with the operation of services of general economic interest, and of the Community Framework for State aid in the form of public service compensation” (SEC(2007)1516) en „Frequently asked questions concerning the application of public procurement rules to social services of general interest” (SEC(2007)1514),
– unter Hinweis auf die Arbeitsdokumente der Dienststellen der Kommission mit dem Titel „Häufig gestellte Fragen in Verbindung mit dem Beschluss der Kommission vom 28. November 2005 über die Anwendung von Artikel 86 Absatz 2 des EG-Vertrags auf staatliche Beihilfen in Form eines Ausgleichs für die Erbringung öffentlicher Dienstleistungen, der Unternehmen gewährt wird, die mit der Erbringung von Dienstleistungen von allgemeinem wirtschaftlichen Interesse betraut sind, und dem gemeinschaftlichen Rahmen für staatliche Beihilfen in Form eines Ausgleichs für öffentliche Dienstleistungen“ (SEK(2007)1516) und „Häufig gestellte Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendung der Regeln über die öffentliche Auftragsvergabe auf soziale Dienstleistungen von allgemeinem Interesse“ (SEK(2007)1514),

1) An incorrect title ha been erroneously indicated in the cover page of the abovementioned document having been officially transmitted on 23 May 2007, which read "Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on access to the market in the carriage of goods by road within the Community to or from the territory of a Member State or passing across the territory of one or more Member States"; in that document, the correct title was that appearing at the beginning of the text of the recast proposal and reading "Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on common rules for access to the international road haulage market".

De Vereniging van de Raden van State en van de Hoge Administratieve Rechtscolleges van de Europese Unie bevordert de uitwisseling van ideeën en ervaringen terzake en draagt zorg voor de coördinatie en voor het doorgeven aan de burgers van de adviezen van de Raden van State betreffende het Gemeenschapsrecht.
Die Vereinigung der Staatsräte und der Obersten Verwaltungsgerichte der Europäischen Union fördert den Gedanken- und Erfahrungsaustausch über diese Fragen, koordiniert die gerichtlichen Entscheidungen der Staatsräte zum Gemeinschaftsrecht und vermittelt sie den Bürgern.

De Vereniging van de Raden van State en van de Hoge Administratieve Rechtscolleges van de Europese Unie heeft als doel het vergemakkelijken van de coördinatie alsmede het aan de burgers doorgeven van de adviezen van de Raden van State en de Hoge Administratieve Rechtscolleges betreffende het Gemeenschapsrecht en het bevorderen van de harmonisatie van de technieken voor de omzetting en tenuitvoerlegging van het Europees recht op nationaal niveau.
Ziel der Vereinigung der Staatsräte und der Obersten Verwaltungsgerichte der Europäischen Union ist es, die Koordinierung der gerichtlichen Entscheidungen der Staatsräte und der Obersten Verwaltungsgerichte zum Gemeinschaftsrecht zu erleichtern, diese Entscheidungen den Bürgern zu vermitteln und die gemeinsame Anwendung von Verfahren zur Umsetzung und Durchführung des europäischen Rechts auf nationaler Ebene zu fördern.
