Cette action conjointe devrait s’appuyer sur les projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur prise en compte dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness» (CEDAR) (34), «Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health» (COPING) (35), «European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres» (ENBREC), «Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation» (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), «Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe» (REFINEMENT), «A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe» (ROAMER), «Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours» (SEYLE) (37), «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD) et «Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth» (WE-STAY).
Deze gezamenlijke actie moet voortbouwen op de onderstaande onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten, hun uitvoering in de klinische praktijk bevorderen en gebruikmaken van hun resultaten en uitkomsten: CEDAR („Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness”) (34), COPING („Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health”) (35), ENBREC („European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres”), MentDis_ICF65+ („Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation”) (36), REFINEMENT („Financing systems' effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe”), ROAMER („A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe”), SEYLE („Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours”) (37), TICD („Tailored implementation for chronic diseases”) en WE-STAY („Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth”).

Cette action devrait tirer profit des projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur application dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «EuropeaN Energy balance Research to prevent excessive weight Gain among Youth» (ENERGY) (41), «Sustainable prevention of obesity through integrated strategies» (SPOTLIGHT), «Temptations to Eat Moderated by Personal and Environmental Self-regulation Tools» (TEMPEST) (42), et «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD).
Deze actie moet voortbouwen op de onderstaande onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten, de uitvoering daarvan in de klinische praktijk bevorderen en gebruikmaken van hun resultaten en uitkomsten: ENERGY („EuropeaN Energy balance Research to prevent excessive weight Gain among Youth”) (41), SPOTLIGHT („Sustainable prevention of obesity through integrated strategies”), TEMPEST („Temptations to Eat Moderated by Personal and Environmental Self-regulation Tools”) (42) en TICD („Tailored implementation for chronic diseases”).

c) le sportif qui est membre d'une fédération sportive agréée par les autorités flamandes qui est présélectionné ou sélectionné pour les Jeux olympiques, les Paralympics, les Jeux mondiaux ou les European Youth Olympic Days;

a) tous les sportifs de haut niveau qui se préparent et peuvent participer aux Jeux olympiques, Paralympics, Jeux mondiaux, Championnats du monde, Championnats d'Europe et les European Youth Olympic Days et qui appartiennent à une fédération unisport qui est subventionnée pour mener une politique de sport de haut niveau telle que visée à l'article 2, 9° du décret du 13 juillet 2001 portant réglementation de l'agrément et du subventionnement des fédérations sportives flamandes, de l'organisation coordinatrice et des organisations des sports récréatifs et dont la discipline sportive figure sur la liste fixée par le Gouvernement flamand;
a) alle topsporters die zich voorbereiden op en kunnen deelnemen aan de Olympische Spelen, Paralympics, Wereldspelen, Wereldkampioenschappen, Europese Kampioenschappen en European Youth Olympic Days en die behoren tot een unisportfederatie die gesubsidieerd wordt voor het voeren van een topsportbeleid zoals bedoeld in artikel 2, 9°, van het decreet van 13 juli 2001 houdende de regeling van de erkenning en subsidiëring van de Vlaamse sportfederaties, de koepelorganisatie en de organisaties voor de sportieve vrijetijdsbesteding en waarvan de sporttak is opgenomen in een lijst die is vastgesteld door de Vlaamse regering;

Lancement d'une action spécifique « eLearning for European youth into the digital age » dans le cadre du programme IST, visant à fédérer les acteurs clés dans différents domaines européens autour d'expériences pilotes à grande échelle, pour l'amélioration du eLearning dans les écoles, les Universités et les autres institutions éducatives.
Start van een specifieke actie, "e-Onderwijs voor de Europese jeugd in een digitaal tijdperk", in het kader van het IST-programma. Doel is het in grootschalige proefprojecten bijeenbrengen van de sleutelactoren op verschillende Europese gebieden, met het oog op het verbeteren van eLearning in scholen, op universiteiten en andere onderwijsinstellingen.

Par ailleurs, un soutien est également accordé pour l'organisation du mois culturel à Budapest pour un montant de 150.000 Ecu, au Festival d'Hiver à Sarajevo pour un montant de 100.000Ecu, ainsi qu'à l'European Community Youth Orchestra pour un montant de 170.000Ecu.pour sa tournée en Russie (1) Pologne, Hongrie, Tchéquie, Slovaquie, Roumanie, Bulgarie (2) Amérique centrale, Mexique, Groupe Andin, Brésil, Paraguay, Uruguay. * * *
