En ce qui concerne la division d'Euroclear Bank S.A. « Commercial », seuls les départements suivants de cette division seront transférés à Euroclear S.A. : (i) « Sales and Relationship Management and Sales Support », (ii) « Editorial and Printing », (iii) « Web team, Marketing and Rollout, Internal Communication and Events Management » et (iv) « Client Training ».
Van de afdeling « Commercial » van Euroclear Bank N.V. zullen enkel de volgende departementen aan Euroclear N.V. worden overgedragen : (i) « Sales and Relationship Management and Sales Support », (ii) « Editorial and Printing », (iii) « Web team, Marketing and Rollout, Internal Communication and Events Management » en (iv) « Client Training ».
