La Commission a décidé de mener une enquête approfondie, en vertu du règlement du Conseil sur les opérations de concentration, sur le projet de création d'une coentreprise du secteur télévisuel, Holland Media Groep S.A (HMG), par RTL4 S.A (RTL), Vereniging Veronica Omroeperganisatie (Veronica) et Endemol Entertainment Holding BV (Endemol).
De Commissie heeft besloten een diepgaand onderzoek uit hoofde van de EG- concentratieverordening in te stellen naar de aangekondigde tv-joint venture Holland Media Groep S.A (HMG) tussen RTL4 S.A (RTL), Vereniging Veronica Omroeporganisatie (Veronica) en Endemol Entertainment BV (Endemol).
