The purpose of the project is to provide physical facilities for schools in rural areas, with particular emphasis on the northern communal areas, where the majority of Namibia's population is located.
Doel van het project is de terbeschikkingstelling van materiële voorzieningen voor plattelandsscholen, waarbij vooral aandacht wordt besteed aan de noordelijke communale gebieden, waar het merendeel van de Namibische bevolking woont.
