TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

­ Article 10, paragraphe 6 : l'amendement proposé par le Liban (« The tribunal shall issue its decision on the basis of respect of the law, the provisions of this Agreement as well as of the universally accepted principles of international law ») a été modifié après négociation et explications de la part de l'UEBL.
­ Art. 10, Par. 6 : Het voorgestelde amendement door Libanon ( « The tribunal shall issue its decision on the basis of respect of the law, the provisions of this Agreement as well as of the universally accepted principles of international law ») werd veranderd na uitleg van BLEU-zijde en negotiatie.

Le nouveau texte dit : « The tribunal shall issue its decision on the basis of the respect of the universally accepted principles of international law, the provisions of this Agreement, as well as the national laws ».
De nieuwe tekst luidt als volgt : « The tribunal shall issue its decision on the basis of the respect of the universally accepted principles of international law, the provisions of this Agreement, as well as the national laws ».

Dans leur commentaire sur l'un des arrêts phares la Cour européenne des droits de l'homme, à savoir l'affaire S.W. contre Grande-Bretagne du 22 novembre 1995, Lawson et Schermers affirment ce qui suit (4) : « Expanding upon the reference in Article 7 § 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights to « crimes .under international law », paragraph 2 of Article 7 makes it possible to punish a person for an act which, at the time it was committed, was « criminal according to the general principles of law recognised by civilised nations », even though it was not classified as a criminal offence under national law.

20. appuie les efforts de la Fédération internationale et des Sociétés nationales de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge pour cerner les problèmes et concevoir des recommandations dans son programme Règles, lois et principes applicables aux actions internationales en cas de catastrophes (programme International Disaster Response Laws, Rules and Principles, IDRL) et attend les conclusions de la trentième Conférence internationale de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge qui se tiendra en novembre 2007;
20. ondersteunt de inspanningen van de Internationale Federatie en de nationale Rode Kruis- en Rode Halve Maan-verenigingen om de problemen vast te stellen en te komen met aanbevelingen met betrekking tot het IDRL (International Disaster Response Laws, Rules and Principles)-project en kijkt uit naar de resultaten van de 30ste Internationale Conferentie van het Rode Kruis en de Rode Halve Maan, die in november 2007 gehouden zal worden;
