- En parallèle au développement de ces modules, une étude sera menée, éventuellement accompagnée de tests, pour l'introduction des modules : o "Mental Health", "Community Mental Health" et screener Mental Health o "Personnes handicapées", "Enfants et jeunes", "Post Acute Care (revalidation)"/"Emergency Department Screener" 3. Etoffer/adapter l'outil en permanence A cet effet, les orientations suivantes sont retenues : - Un « users » groupe sera créé qui formulera des propositions concernant l'évolution future des instruments, notamment aux niveaux méso et macro : formulation d'indicateurs de qualité, répartition des patients en sous-groupes iso-ressources (RUG's), benchmarking entre services d'une même organisation ou entre organisations, etc.

De tool permanent aanvullen en bijsturen Daartoe worden de volgende keuzes weerhouden : - Oprichting van een "gebruikersgroep" die voorstellen formuleert om het instrument verder te laten evolueren door het gebruik ervan op meso- en macroniveau : formuleren van kwaliteitsindicatoren, indeling van patiënten in iso-resource groepen (RUG's), benchmarking tussen onderscheiden diensten binnen dezelfde organisatie of tussen organisaties, .

Cette action conjointe devrait s’appuyer sur les projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur prise en compte dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness» (CEDAR) (34), «Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health» (COPING) (35), «European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres» (ENBREC), «Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation» (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), «Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe» (REFINEMENT), «A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe» (ROAMER), «Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours» (SEYLE) (37), «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD) et «Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth» (WE-STAY).
