De vereniging zonder winstoogmerk Notélé, waarvan de maatschappelijke zetel gevestigd is te 7540 Kain, rue du Follet 20, hierna Notélé genoemd, krijgt de vergunning als lokale uitgever van openbare dienst voor televisie-omroep, voor een periode van negen jaar vanaf 1 januari 2013, voor het volgende zendgebied : de gemeenten Antoing, Aat, Beloeil, Bernissart, Brugelette, Brunehaut, Celles, Chièvres, Komen-Waasten, Ellezelles, Edingen, Estaimpuis, Flobecq, Frasnes-lez-Anvaing, Lessen, Leuze-en-Hainaut, Kluisbergen, Moeskroen, Pecq, Péruwelz, Rumes, Silly en Doornik.
