Art. 4. Le membre du personnel statutaire du Département flamand de l'Aménagement du Territoire, repris au point 4 de l'annexe jointe au présent arrêté, est transféré à l'« Agentschap Plantentuin Meise » (Agence Jardin botanique de Meise).

Des scientifiques belges relevant de l'IRM, l'ORB, l'IRScNB, le Jardin botanique de Meise, l'ULB, la KUL, l'ULg, l'UGent ont été impliqués dans ces projets internationaux. b) Leur travail a joué un rôle primordial dans le maintien d'une capacité de recherche d'origine belge à l'échelle nationale et internationale et ouvert la voie, outre aux publications dans des " Peer reviewed journals ", aux instances internationales : - CIEC (Groupe intergouvernemental d'experts sur l'évolution du climat), - SCAR (Scientific Committee Antarctic Research), - CliC (Climate and Cryosphere) - EBA (Evolution and Biodiversity in the Antarctic).
Bij die internationale projecten zijn Belgische wetenschappers betrokken van het KMI, de KSB, het KBIN, de Plantentuin van Meise, de ULB, de KUL, de ULg en de UGent. b) Hun werkzaamheden hebben een belangrijke rol gespeeld in het behoud op nationaal en internationaal vlak van een Belgische onderzoekscapaciteit en, naast publicaties in "Peer reviewed journals", de weg geopend naar internationale instanties, te weten - het IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), - het SCAR (Scientific Committee Antarctic Research), - Clic (Climate and Cryosphere) - EBA (Evolution and Biodiversity in the Antarctic).

Art. 2. Ce montant sera, après réception d'une note de créance, versé au compte 679-0000506-21 de l'AFSCA, CA - Botanique - Food Safety Center, Boulevard du Jardin botanique 55, à 1000 Bruxelles.
Art. 2. Dit bedrag zal, na ontvangst van een schuldvordering, gestort worden op rekening 679-0000506-21 van het FAVV, AC - Kruidtuin - Food Safety Center, Kruidtuinlaan 55, te 1000 Brussel.

Article 1. Une dotation de 1.092.000 euros (un million nonante-deux mille euros) est allouée au Centre fédéral d'expertise des soins de santé (KCE), Centre Administratif Botanique - Doorbuilding, boulevard du Jardin Botanique 55, 1000 Bruxelles (compte n° 679-0020512-45; IBAN: BE44 6790 0205 1245; BIC: PCHQBEBB).
Artikel 1. Een dotatie van 1.092.000 euro (één miljoen tweeënnegentig duizend euro) wordt toegekend aan het Federaal Kenniscentrum voor de gezondheidszorg (KCE), Administratief Centrum Kruidtuin - Doorbuilding, Kruidtuinlaan 55, 1000 Brussel (rekening nr. 679-0020512-45; IBAN: BE44 6790 0205 1245; BIC: PCHQBEBB).

Ces dernières sont compétentes notamment pour le Jardin botanique Meise qui maintient une banque de semences et est ainsi active dans le domaine de la conservation de la biodiversité.
Deze laatste zijn bevoegd, met name voor de Plantentuin van Meise die een zadenbank bijhoudt en op die manier actief is op het vlak van het behoud van de biodiversiteit.

Le 13 juillet 2010, le directeur du Jardin botanique national de Belgique a pris l'initiative de rendre gratuit aux visiteurs l'accès aux collections publiques de cette importante institution scientifique que constitue le Jardin botanique national de Belgique.
Op 13 juli 2010 nam Jan Rammeloo, directeur van de Nationale Plantentuin van België, het initiatief om de openbare collecties van die belangrijke wetenschappelijke instelling op die dag uitzonderlijk gratis toegankelijk te maken voor het publiek.
