− Monsieur le Président, j'évoquerai rapidement, tout d'abord, non pas ces 30 millions, mais ces 40,6 millions d'euros qui ont constitué le paiement, il y a plusieurs mois, de la deuxième tranche du programme de 120 millions d'euros intitulé "Poverty reduction budget support programme".
– (FR) Mijnheer de Voorzitter, om te beginnen wil ik even kort ingaan op dit bedrag van 40,6 miljoen – en niet dertig miljoen – euro dat overeenkwam met de betaling, een paar maanden geleden, van het tweede deel van het 120 miljoen euro omvattende programma met als titel “Poverty Reduction Budget Support programme”.

Il sera intitulé : Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EDPRS).
Het 2 PRSP van Rwanda wordt ingewacht in de loop van 2007 en krijgt als titel : « Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EDPRS) ».
