3. La Commission peut, dans le cadre des accords de pêche conclus entre la Communauté et les pays tiers ou dans le cadre des organisations régionales de gestion des pêches ou d’arrangements similaires auxquels la Communauté est partie contractante ou partie coopérante non contractante, communiquer toute information utile concernant des activités de pêche INN ou des infractions graves visées à l’article 42, paragraphe 1, points b) et c), du règlement (CE) no 1005/2008 aux autres parties à ces accords, organisations ou arrangements, sous réserve du consentement de l’État membre ayant fourni les informations.
3. The Commission may, in the framework of fisheries agreements concluded between the Community and third countries or in the framework of Regional Fisheries Management Organisations or similar arrangements to which the Community is a Contracting Party or a non-contracting Cooperating Party, communicate relevant information concerning IUU fishing or serious infringements referred to in Article 42(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 to other parties to those agreements, organisations or arrangements, subject to the consent of the Member State that supplied the information.

Article 30 does not preclude a State or regional economic integration organisation, when signing, ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Agreement, from making a declaration or statement, however phrased or named, with a view to, inter alia, the harmonisation of its laws and regulations with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that such declaration or statement does not purport to exclude or to modify the legal effect of the provisions of this Agreement in their application to that State or regional economic integration organisation.

Whereas in most areas of the Community beet growers and sugar manufactures have formed trade organisations ; whereas inter-trade agreements at present exist between manufacturers or manufacturers' organisations on the one hand and growers' organisations on the other ; whereas such agreements concern in particular the conditions of purchase for beet ; whereas, therefore, the possibility of derogating from the rules in force should be confined to inter-trade agreements ; whereas, in the absence of an inter-trade agreement as defined above, the arrangements existing before the conclusion of contracts between the manufacturer and some of his growers should be regarded as an inter-trade agreement;
