Marjory LeBreton: Honourable senators, as I have indicated here in this chamber, and privately to the minister yesterday, the government house leader, my colleagues and many others, I am truly honoured to have been intricately involved in the moving of the so-called drunk driving bill, Bill C-82, through Parliament.
