Pour ce qui est de la Somalie, permettez-moi de vous dire mon étonnement qu’on laisserait entendre que nous ne disons rien au gouvernement de transition. Permettez-moi de rappeler que les 15 millions d’euros que l’on m’a littéralement obligé de mettre à la disposition de la force de stabilisation ougandaise en Somalie, quasiment sans conditions, j’y étais totalement opposé si n’était pas respecté au préalable le principe d’inclusivité.
Turning to Somalia, let me say that I am astonished that it should be said that we were not saying anything to the transitional government, and I would point out that I was literally obliged to make available EUR 15 million to the Ugandan stabilisation force in Somalia, virtually without conditions attached, even though I had been completely opposed to this if the principle of inclusivity were not adhered to from the outset.
